Finally got everything together on the bike and rolled it outside for the big start up. Here are some pics as it stands now.

Really pleased with how it turned out. So it started really easily and initially rode okay but then developed a problem with the idle speed. The idle speed keeps rising to a silly level when riding so I am pretty sure the problem is with the carb slides or an air leak of some sort. I noticed that one of the slides did not operate as well as the others so that's my first stop. I also need new float bowl seals as I am getting a slight weep of fuel from them. I will let you know how it rides when I have fixed it and put a few miles on it.
